Ελληνική Διαβητολογική Εταιρεία
Η Ελληνική Διαβητολογική Εταιρεία είναι ένα μη κερδοσκοπικό επιστημονικό σωματείο που ιδρύθηκε το 1975 με σκοπό την προώθηση της εκπαίδευσης και της έρευνας στον τομέα του διαβήτη.
• Founded in 1975.
• Consists of 1172 members (985 regular and 187 affiliated).
• Organises the Panhellenic Diabetic Conference every 2 years.
The 11th Panhellenic Diabetic Conference will take place in 2009.
• HDA organises numerous scientific events which address
the medical profession and the diabetic patients
• HDA holds under its supervision 3 study groups(”Therapeutic Education Studies”,Ηeart”, “Diabetic Foot”).
• Publishes the journal “Diabetes News " 3 months since 1982.
• The website of the HDA consists of : - Links with National International Medical Journals- Information for the Diabetic patients
